The Positive Smiles Garden group has given me the opportunity to get together with other ladies in the community, grow herbs and go for mindful walks. Working with the other ladies is fun and I’ve made new friends. I do feel lonely sometimes but thank you to Positive Smiles for organising activities to keep the community together and healthy.
